Acceptance

By using carrierdomains.com or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

Who we are

Carrier Domains (carrierdomains.com) is affiliated with Simon's Transport. We help emerging transport businesses get professional domains, email, and related setup support.

Services

We offer domain search and registration, Kickstart packages (domain plus related account/email setup), branding add-ons when listed on the site, and MCS-150 / Motus guidance resources. Exact package contents and pricing are shown at checkout and on our packages pages.

Accounts and accuracy

You agree to provide accurate contact and business information. You are responsible for information you submit and for keeping your contact details current so we can complete registration and support.

Domain registration

We register your domain through our registrar and handle the registration on your behalf. We do our best to secure your chosen domain, though availability can change quickly, so we can't guarantee a searched domain will still be open until payment clears and registration completes.

Payment

Payments are processed by Helcim. Prices are as listed at the time of purchase. You authorize the charge for the services you order.

Refunds

For Kickstart packages that include a domain: refunds requested within 24 hours of purchase have a $49 processing fee. After that window, no refunds. Domain registration and related third-party fees are generally non-refundable once registration has been submitted. Contact hello@carrierdomains.com to request a refund within the eligible window.

FMCSA / MCS-150 guidance

Our FMCSA MCS-150 and Motus-related materials are for general informational guidance only. We do not guarantee approval, compliance outcomes, or that any filing will be accepted by FMCSA or other agencies. You remain responsible for your own regulatory filings and compliance.

Acceptable use

You may not use our site or services for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, to interfere with the site, or to attempt unauthorized access. We may refuse or cancel service for abuse or misuse.

Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carrier Domains, Simon's Transport, and their affiliates, officers, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the services, your content or business activities, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Arizona shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, except where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
